Innen regisztráltam a pokerroomschol-ra.Soha semmilyen ingyenpénzt nem kaptam.A support nem tud magyarul és mindig ugyanazt hajtogatja.Szó sem esik ingyenpénzről.

rajtad kivül nagyon sokan kaptak már pénzt Poker Room Schoolon keresztül, a support valóban nem tud magyarul, de mi azért vagyunk itt, hogy segítsünk Neked, mit hajtogat a support? Be tudod ide másolni, illetve elmondani, hogy mi is történt az esetedben?
Nos, én tegnap beregeztem, ugyanúgy csináltam mindent, mint ahogy itt le van írva, de eddig semmi visszajelzést nem kaptam. Se telefon, se egy mail. A platformra nem tudok belépni a megadott useremmel és jelszómmal.

Nos, azóta már írtam nekik egy mailt. Semmi válasz...Se telefon, se egy mail. Nem tudom milyen oldal ez, de az az igazság, hogy eléggé átverés gyanús tényleg...
Nem értem mi lehet az oka, hogy nem válaszolnak az emailedre. Eddig több száz ember kapott pénzt PRSen keresztül, szóval egyértelműen nem átbaszás. Nekem anno a telefonhívásuk után 24 órán belül a számlámra tették a pénzt. mint korábban mondtam, ha akarod segítek megfogalmazni egy emailt nekik /eléggé értek az angol nyelvű üzleti leveléshez ;) / ha arra sem válaszolnak akkor nincs mit tenni.
Hello én regisztráltam és 10 perc mulva felhívtak elmondtam mindent.A pasi azt mondta hogy minden rendben.Azt kérdezném hogy lépek be a cd pokerre?Hogy játszhassak a kapott pénzel?

azt kérdezik tőled, hogy mi lenne az az időpont, amikor felhívhatnának, mivel próbáltak már hívni, de nem sikerült nekik. Írtam egy levelet, írd meg nekik mikor érsz rá, de ha lehet jóval mielött esedékes lenne, mert különben lehet nem fognak turni sorra keríteni.
Tehát azt akarod h 16.00 és 19.00 között hívjanak, akkor ne 15.45kor írj :)

elvileg hívniuk kell, de szerintem érdemes lenne elküldened az 'nem hívtak' email sablont Poker Room School ügyfélszolgálatának, segítség itt!

Egy kis segitseget szeretnek kerni.
Beregeltem innen a PRS oldalra, kaptam emilben 1 fh. nevet es pass-t, amivel bar a CD poker terembe be tudok lepni, viszont a PRS oldalra a teszt kitoltesehez mar nem ! Anelkul pedig ha jol gondolom nem tarthatok igenyt a bonusra.
Gyer angoltudasommal rovid-tomor emilben kertem segitseget a PRS support-tol (support@pokerroomschool.com ), 2008. január 30. 8:51:08 idopontban, de erre azota sem erkezett valasz.

Ennyit irtam, remelem ebben benne van a lenyeg. A CD poker support (support@cdpoker.com) 02.01-en kuldte az alabbi mailt, de ebben sem kaptam semmi konkret infot a problemammal kapcsolatban.

Elnezest a hosszora nyult bejegyzesert, csak igyekszem pontosan leirni a problemat, hatha ezzel sikerul a jovobeni esetleges kerdesekre konnyebben megoldast talalni.
Ezek utan 2 megoldast latok eselyesnek:
1. Tovabbi probalkozas a PRS supportnal
2. A jelenlegi regisztraciom torlese, azutan ujraregeles.
Varom a velemenyed ezzel kapcsolatban, valaszodat elore is koszonom!

Be regeltem a PRS-ba, úgy ahogy kell. A kvízt is frankón kitöltöttem. Sajnos azóta se e-mailt nem kaptam, hogy mi a CD Poker oldalra a felhasználói nevem és a jelszavam, és nem is hívtak fel. Mit kell tennem????

az szivas, felejtsd el a dolgot akkor nyugodtan. link alapjan tudjak csak lenyomozni a jatekosokat. mivel teged nem fognak megtalalni a sajat jatekosaik kozt, igy penzt sem fognak adni, persze megprobalhatod, de nem tul sanszos a dolog.
